Each month, employees of Fairfield County Bank identify local charities throughout Fairfield County that they are passionate about, actively involved with, and fit the Bank’s monthly theme. In November, the chosen theme was “Feeding Fairfield County.”
Customers and residents cast votes online, via phone or at a local branch for the organization they would most like to have recognized and to receive an extra $1,000 donation from Fairfield County Bank. Among those nominated were Food Access for Families, Marilyn Goldstone Foundation, The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, and IIMPACT-CT.
“We are extremely proud to be listed among these wonderful organizations who serve the hungry in our communities,” explained J’von Harris, IIMPACT-CT’s President, “But to be voted as Fairfield County Bank’s Charity of the Month is a profound honor!”
In addition to being recognized as November’s selection, IIMPACT-CT, along with each monthly winner in 2023, will be included in January’s Champion’s Month.
